All development financing opportunities are initially subject to a comprehensive review of the prospective development project and project sponsors.  Development approvals, market conditions, servicing and design, and financing requirements will be assessed and evaluated in detail.  This, in turn, will lead to the preparation of detailed project budget (the “Budget”) containing all estimated project revenues and expenses. This Budget and the ancillary reports and analysis shall form the basis of the financing proposal (Term Sheet).
